SUMMER CAMP
Minecraft Coding Holiday Camp for ages 8+
2 full-day camp, 6 hours per day
Our campers will get to learn Java programming to make their own mods (user-made modifications) in Minecraft.
Campers will pick up basic programming and computational thinking concepts, while exercising their imagination when they create their mods, using a kids-friendly, graphical, drag-and-drop interface.
They will get to see how their codes and customizations manipulate the Minecraft world through playing their own project, as well as reviewing fellow campers' projects. Based on the feedback they receive, campers will fine-tune their games, test and debug, to make them even more fun and exciting to play.
This holiday camp will enhance children’s creativity, planning, design, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Please note that the holiday camp is best for children who enjoy playing Minecraft and have some previous experience in coding and/or Lego Robotics (NXT). Children must be aged 8 and above to join this camp.

*This holiday camp runs on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our UE Square center, and Thursdays and Fridays at our Forum center (except Week 11).
*There will be a 15-min snack break in the morning. Please prepare a snack/drink for your child.
*Free lunch provided will be provided. Alternatively, you may prepare a packed lunch for your child, but kindly note that there is no equipment for refrigerating or warming foods.

Sign up in a group of 3 (or more) for a $30 discount per child for a 2- to 4-day camp, or a $50 discount per child for a 5-day camp!
* Groups of 3 or more are entitled to a group discount.
* All children's name must be registered together by the first registering parent.
* Parents to make full payments.
* Refund of discount will be offered once the 3rd child payment is made.
* No later top-ups to the group.
REPEAT CAMP DISCOUNT
Sign up for another holiday camp WITHIN the same season to be eligible for $50 off for a 2- to 4-day camp or $100 off for a 5-day camp.
